Dr. Andrzej Chełchowski is an attorney  at law (radca prawny), partner of the firm, and director of the firm’s Warsaw  office.

In 1992, he graduated from the Faculty  of Law and Administration at Warsaw University, where he then taught for 10  years and received a doctorate in law.

He specializes in legal advising in real  estate transactions. His experience includes, in particular, advising on the  acquisition of real estate, as well as the preparation and implementation of  investments (issues of spatial planning, construction law, environmental  law), as well as their financing and commercialization.

As part of his practice to date, he has  participated in the implementation of several hundred large-scale investment  projects of all classes of real estate assets including commercial  (supermarkets, shopping centers, retail parks), office, residential,  industrial, warehouse, and logistics, infrastructure, health facilities,  hotel facilities, student housing, broadly understood senior housing and  defense sector projects. In his practice, he has represented a variety of  entities involved in real estate projects including investors, developers,  contractors, designers, and tenants.

His experience also includes advising on  the preparation and implementation of public-private partnership projects.  His areas of expertise also include the healthcare sector, the care/senior  housing sector, and the defense sector.
