Olesia Vlasenko is a highly qualified lawyer with over 24 years of experience in construction law and real estate. She graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (2000), Master of Laws.

Her experience includes working in public service, as well as in leading companies in Ukraine's construction sector. From 2011 to 2023, she headed the Legal Department of PJSC "HC Kyivmiskbud", where she was responsible for legal support of construction projects, risk management, legal support of development processes, and the company's contractual work.

Olesia is an expert in supporting large-scale construction and development projects, structuring contractual relationships between landowners, developers, and investors, as well as providing legal advice on real estate investment. Her practice covers drafting and supporting contracts, agreements, and transactions related to the acquisition, sale, and leasing of real estate, as well as financing construction projects.
