Prof. UW Dr. Hab. Konrad Marciniuk is a  licensed attorney at law (radca prawny) and partner in the firm’s Warsaw  office.

In 1994, he graduated from the Faculty  of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, where he later  obtained a doctorate degree (2006) and a habilitation degree (2018) in legal science.  Since 1995, he has been a lecturer in law at the University of Warsaw and is  currently employed as a professor at the university.

He specializes in legal consulting in  real estate transactions. His experience includes, in particular, advising on  the acquisition of real estate, as well as the preparation and implementation  of investments (issues of spatial planning, construction law, environmental  law), as well as their financing and commercialization.

As part of his practice to date, he has  participated in the implementation of several hundred investment projects,  including commercial projects (shopping centers, office buildings),  residential, industrial (including the construction of a large power unit),  warehouse-logistics and infrastructure, as well as health care and sports and  recreation facilities.

His experience also includes legal  advice on financing investments in the real estate market, as well as advice  on the preparation and implementation of public-private partnership projects.  Konrad Marciniuk is a long-time coordinator of legal services for the  investments department of a leading operator of hyper- and supermarket chains  in Poland. He has also advised on large industrial projects.
