Serhii Shtohryn is a attorney at law,  Partner Dictio, specializing in dispute resolution, debt restructuring and  bankruptcy proceedings.

Serhii is a graduate of the Academy of  Advocacy of Ukraine and has a background with both the Ministry of Industrial  Policy of Ukraine and leading Ukrainian law firms.

He represents both domestic and  international clients in complex litigation and handles cases involving  economic crimes and corporate disputes.

Among Serhii Shtohryn’s key projects are:
  – securing the return of a major  industrial asset to a client — one of the largest enterprises in its sector  in Eastern Europe;
  – representing an international  insurance company in a dispute with the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of  Ukraine (MTIBU);
  – successfully settling a pre-trial  dispute between French and Ukrainian agroholdings;
  – uncovering and analyzing illegal  schemes involving the misappropriation of over UAH 2.3 billion from five  insolvent banks and developing legal strategies to protect the rights of  affected clients, among others.

His  experience includes enforcement proceedings, forensic audits, white-collar  criminal cases, debt restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.  

Serhii is licensed as an insolvency  practitioner by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and provides complete  legal service in debt restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency matters. This  includes:

●      Pre-trial debt restructuring;

●      Protecting the rights and  interests of bankruptcy creditors, pledge lenders and post-bankruptcy creditors;

●      Legal support to debtors and  their officials in bankruptcy proceedings;
