We are pleased to announce that Dictio Law Firm and our Managing Partner Olena Shtohryn  were noted in the practice of Real Estate, Construction, Land in the traditional annual research of Ukrainian Law Firms. A Handbook for Foreign Clients.

Dictio, a Ukrainian real estate boutique, is rapidly developing its client roster spanning international and national companies from the construction field, investors and developers, suppliers and manufacturers of construction materials. The team is called upon to give comprehensive support for multi-staged industrial and residential construction, allotment, acquisition of land plots and land lease rights. In 2021, the firm represented Oniks Build, a leading Ukrainian construction company carrying out residential, commercial, industrial construction and reconstruction projects, in the construction of an apartment block in Kyiv’s Solomiansky District; acted for Dencher’s, a Ukrainian company and exporter of honey to European countries, regarding the allotment of a 1.8 ha land plot for the construction of a honey packaging plant. The long-standing energy construction project is comprehensive legal support to Electrum Ukraine regarding the construction of one of the Europe’s largest wind-power plants, which saw the first stage be put into operation in 2021. In Ukraine, the Construction Customer may be a developer at the same time, but the developer is not always the Customer of the construction project. It is the Construction Customer who has the title documents (ownership/use) for the land that is responsible for obtaining all the permits required for the design and start of construction work before obtaining a permit to put the building into operation.To date, Ukraine has a Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction (hereinafter referred to as the electronic system). All documents, from obtaining the city planning conditions and restrictions to the commissioning of the construction object, are submitted and received through the electronic system.
