ReBuild Ukraine 2025 in Warsaw

From 12 to 14 November, the Dictio team worked at ReBuild Ukraine 2025 — a key international platform for partnerships, investments, and technological solutions supporting Ukraine’s reconstruction.

Over three days, we participated in events dedicated to recovery, investment, infrastructure, international cooperation, and the activities of industry associations.

📍 12 November

We joined two significant side events:
• “Leveraging Circular Economy Expertise in the Construction and Energy Sectors for Ukraine’s Recovery”, organised by EU CERC, Enabel, and Business Finland.
• “American Reception – Rebuild Ukraine”, which brought together American, Polish, and Ukrainian companies, government institutions, and investors.

13 November

Dictio took part in:
• International ReBuild Ukraine Expo — the largest specialised exhibition focused on infrastructure, construction, energy, and investment solutions.
• EU–Ukraine Investment Conference 2025 — discussions on mobilising private investment, EU financial instruments, Ukraine’s integration into the single market, and risk-insurance mechanisms.
• Recovery Forum — a platform gathering business, international partners, and public institutions to discuss reconstruction priorities, cooperation, and the launch of investment projects.

📍 14 November

With the support of Dictio, the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU) and the Polish Association of Construction Employers (PZPB), a working meeting of Ukrainian and Polish construction companies took place.

Polish partners presented their competencies in:
– infrastructure and industrial construction,
– hydrotechnical, environmental and energy facilities,
– tunnel and wastewater treatment plant design and construction.

The discussion focused on challenges and opportunities within Polish-Ukrainian cooperation.

PZPB and CBU meeting

Following the meeting, the Dictio team continued its work at the second day of ReBuild Ukraine Expo, attending sector-focused seminars, technical sessions, and business negotiations.

ReBuild Ukraine 2025 reaffirmed the readiness of international partners to engage in practical cooperation and invest in Ukrainian projects.
Dictio continues its active work on attracting investment to Ukraine and supporting the practical implementation of reconstruction projects.
