The All-Ukrainian debate tournament will be held in Sumy with the support of Dictio Law Firm

From 12 to 14 November, the Dictio team worked at ReBuild Ukraine 2025 — a key international platform for partnerships, investments, and technological solutions supporting Ukraine’s reconstruction.

The document was a response to the urgent needs of post-war reconstruction and integration of Ukrainian legislation into the European legal field. The Law defines the current rules of cooperation between the state, local communities, and businesses in the implementation of large-scale projects, which is especially important in the context of budgetary constraints and the need to attract private investment.

We present an overview of legislative innovations under the Law of Ukraine “On Limited and Additional Liability Companies,” prepared by the Head of the Corporate and M&A Practice at Dictio, Attorney at Law Volodymyr Kucheriavyi.

A major point of divergence lies in the transactional methodology. In Ukraine, real estate deals are generally viewed as discrete actions, while in Poland and Western Europe, they are treated as multi-stage processes.Preliminary agreements with extended timelines and precedent conditions are uncommon in Ukraine but form the backbone of institutional real estate transactions in Poland and other EU countries.

The goal of the seminar is to introduce opportunities for entering the Ukrainian market through international and national public procurement. Key questions that will be addressed:How to register and where to find tenders in the Prozorro system?How to establish contacts with Ukrainian partners? Which international tenders and institutions support Ukraine’s reconstruction?
